Shipping Times Times
listed are estimates based on past shipping times. We do everything in
our power to meet these times, and we try to update these to reflect
any changes. Although we do stock a lot of lights, many of the
products we sell are customized to meet your needs and are built to
order. Because of this, there can be unexpected delays. Many times
orders will ship earlier than expected, but sometimes it will take
longer than the stated times. Orders taking longer than expected can
be canceled with a 20% restocking fee to cover costs that have already
been incurred.
Defective, Damaged, or Items Shipped in Error
All packages must be inspected for damage when delivered. If your items were shipped by UPS and there is damage, do not refuse the shipment.
Legacy
Lanterns guarantees your product to be free of manufacturer defects for
30 days from the date of delivery. Any damaged products or items
shipped in error will be guaranteed for one week from date of delivery.
If you have received a wrong, damaged, or defective product;
you must contact us by phone at 1-866-Legacy-3 within the time frames
outlined above. We can also be reached by e-mail at
sales@LegacyLanterns.com. In the event that the problem cannot be
corrected by sending parts, we will issue a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION
NUMBER (RGA) and arrange for a return shipment at our cost. We will pay
the return shipping charges and send you a replacement lantern at no
extra charge. Items must be returned in original packaging with all
original cushioning. All defective, damaged, or wrong products may not
be exchanged for a different product.
Other Returns
If
for any reason you are not happy with your purchase(too big, don't like
finish), and it has not been installed, you may return it within 14 days of receipt of the lanterns.
Please contact us at 1-866-Legacy-3 for a RGA number. The lantern(s)
must be packed in the original packaging and be in sellable condition.
There will be a 20% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for
return shipping. In the event it is agreed upon that Legacylanterns
will arrange return shipping, those charges will be added to the
existing credit card charges. Seller will be responsible for damage
occurring during return shipping. A 20% restocking fee will also be
charged for orders cancelled after 48 hrs. Please allow 30 days for a
refund to be issued. *Note* There will be no returns accepted on a single item over $1,000.00 except for damage. Electronic Ignition Legacy Lanterns does not warranty
ignition systems on our lanterns, because most of the problems with
igniters are due to errors on the part of the installer. We can
provide replacement parts and advice, but free replacements will be
provided only in clear cut cases of manufacturer defect to be
determined by Legacy.
